My god I love the voice acting! It added such an extra layer of eeriness to actually hear the deluded words be said aloud with such passion and the threats Dahlia made were so impactful, especially with the switch in her expression. The cold way Dahlia just ended us at the very last part, it just affirmed to me that what Dahlia loved was not Nyla herself, it was the caricature that Dahlia obsessively dreamt of because Nyla herself has only met Dahlia a handful of times yet the woman herself was convinced of Nyla's goodness that she felt like Nyla couldn't, shouldn't, do anything without her.
I just love how disconnected the two are, how Dahlia's colorful sprite stood out amidst the spotted bloodied walls, and the fact that we can't even see dialogue from Nyla as it proves that Dahlia is fully in control everything, even at Nyla's core. Great job with this one!
